An Insurance Brokerage firm seeks to employ the services of a focused and goal oriented sales and marketing expert to aid with their sales and marketing
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them.
- Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
- Act as a contact between the company and its existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed record of sales pipeline.
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately and advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external and sell approved policies to them explaining the benefits and risks of the policy.
QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- A minimum 2-5 years’ experience working in the insurance environment
- Prior work experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
- A team player with a customer oriented approach
- Thorough understanding of sales & marketing and negotiating techniques.
